Sensational Connections Occupational Therapy offers mobile pediatric occupational therapy designed to meet your family's unique needs. By providing therapy services in comfortable and accessible locations like your home, local parks, libraries, or after-school programs, we ensure the most effective and personalized support for your child's development.

The Process
Intake Call
Intake calls are our first point of contact. This will provide us with a safe space to discuss what our services look like and how we can best support your child’s needs. During this call, we will discuss next steps for your child’s plan of care. This will include setting up an initial evaluation and deciding what type of evaluation this will be.

2. Evaluation
An initial evaluation would consist of a combination of informal and standardized assessments as well as clinical observation and parent report. Evaluations will take place in-home. Following the completion of an evaluation, you will receive a detailed evaluation report with recommended goal areas.
We offer various types of evaluations including a standard occupational therapy evaluation, feeding evaluation, or a sensory focused evaluation.
3. Individualized Treatment
Following an initial evaluation, a treatment plan tailored to your child’s needs will be created. Individual treatment sessions are based on individual needs. Sessions will be play-based with a focus on targeting functional goal areas. Treatment sessions are available in-home, in the community (e.g. playground, library), or via telehealth.
